Puple Cow Finds

Here are the things I brought home for under $10.00.  I am always amazed at what I get for next to nothing.  Sorry Frank, I didn't  get any men's shirts for you to check out!

These are the two green linen pants.  Neither are my size or else they would be on me right now.  The greens are complimentary but different enough to be used as two separate fabrics in a piece.

And isn't this a great pocket!  It can be used as an accent on my creation.  Hee Hee!

Both were 99 cent each!

These are 99 cent pink deliciousness.  And a size 6, so that definitely is not even in my range of sizes if you named 4 or 5 of them.  These babies are elegant couture wear and a good weight.  They just might become a couple of wine bottle bags, or even find their way into my scrappy strippy heart piece.

I can't even tell you how wonderful  this skirt is.  I thought, if I can't  wear it, nobody will!  I envision a really cool hobo bag, since we are talking hobo lately.  Don't you love this?  I want a skirt like this for me.........OK - it was $2.99

Back
This is the jacket.  Yep, 99 cents as well.  It is linen and has these marvelous appliqued pieces all over it.  Not just down the back but on both fronts and on each sleeve.  Actually, for a really serious art piece all I need to do is to stretch these pieces on some canvas and do a gallery wrap.

Oh, yes, no corduroy.  that is actually what I went to look for..........!

  1. What great finds! I love linen in fact, my wedding dress was white linen type fabric. I need to go shopping with you, but we might end up in a fight over the linen pieces!

  2. Lovely! I love linen too - is that gorgeous skirt linen? Yes, a hobo bag would be good with matching little pouch bags. You must have a big fabric storage area ;-)
