After the flood I wanted to change EVERTHING that went back into the house. So I updated everything to Modern stuff. And I chose this print for the new rocking recliner that went to live in the bedroom corner.
I have wanted to use the fabric pattern to create a hanging piece for the wall behind it. The corner is a dark one, so I wanted to have some dark/light patterns so you can see the form.
Tomorrow I will meet with my quilting/art buddies and start to hand quilt some parts of the pattern. I have marked lines I think I want to follow. And I have pin basted it.
Here is what I have so far.
If it comes out crappy and I hate it, I will deal with that later! LOL.
