Day 6 Face

I know you are probably scared to even look at Day 6 face.  But it is OK, we are back to normal here.  Experimentation is limited to lips today.

I still want to explore the thread thing though.  But maybe in a more controlled way. 

I also want to do some thread work on the face blocks, but I want to have them in a grouping.  So I need a few more.  I thought that I could do a quilt as you go type block.  I would have to look that up and remember how to do it again.

I filed that under "traditional stuff"

Day 5 Face

For Day 5 of 100 Days i wanted to create a ace that was not staring at you dead on.

And here here is.

I still need to work on proportion, but my excuse is that I have never had an art class in my life. 

Maybe I need one now?

Eyes

So for my day 4 event, I made eyes........

dreamy eyes. 

And weird eyes, too!
