Flannels

It was really hard to make that first cut into Rodney’s flannel shirts.  It was like finally admitting he was really gone.

But I am very glad to be bringing new life to the cloth he wore.

    One seam at a time - memory quilts are challenging for so many reasons but they provide so much healing and comfort in the process.
