Market Tote
Carrie needed a Teacher Gift since the boy is moving up to the next level of life. I have wanted to make this lovely Market Tote for a while now. From Ellen Baker of the Long Thread.
It was easy and finished up in about 2 hours. The hardest part was deciding what fabrics to combine. You know I don’t have much fabric, not.
It is a good size to take to the market or the gym since it is large enough to hold a pair of Tennis shoes.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great teacher gift!
ReplyDeleteGuess what Glen! Richard and I went to the State Archives on Thursday. Oh wow! Just wow! The CFAL exhibit is stunning. I expected great but this is much better.
So happy to see the mundane happening! Love the tote. I made the mistake of making teacher quilts only one to go and it isn't needed until spring 2021!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you are back at the sewing machine! The tote turned out cute!
