The mail lady brought me two new books. Mark Making by Helen Parrott is amazingly beautiful. 
My new Art Quilting Studio came the next day. It is a really good issue. Sometimes thre are a lot of things I like but would never do. This one is full of stuff I would love to do.I made two baby quilts from the Little Farms line. Lyen is preggers with a boy. She works at the Investment company who is overseeing our retirement money and has helped us so much in the last few years. So her baby needs a quilt!
I love to pile up the snippets when I am working on putting the quilt top together. It is satisfying to see the pile grow. And I always want to save every last scrap...…..but I do eventually toss them into the garbage pail.
But you know I really want to keep it all and make something with it!
