Melissa was kind enough to make a mini-tutorial for this month's block at the Block Lotto. This is exactly the way I do my HSTs. See how perfectly perfect they are? Yes!I do so want to win these babies. Can youimagine a whole quilt like this, with various patterns, maybe some color tossed in in the white parts?
Note: they are 3 1/2 inches each and the block with 9 of them finishes at 9 1/2 inches. Not a bad size for a good sized quilt from a lot of blocks, that I want to win. Badly.......
I have 5 2/3 of them and now have the WOW to complete the rest, thanks to the trip to JoAnn's the other day. Thank you, Ladies! LOL.
Nothing is on my calendar today so I SHOULD get to sew. But I promised myself to do about an hour of cleaning up, nothing says it can't be done in the sewing room, right?

You're right, those squares would make an awesome quilt! How big are the HST when squared up? They look small, itty bitty!
