Doggy Window Seat and Stashe Report down 32 yards!

Thanks to all who knew what the scissors were!  I suspected but was not sure.  I had never seen these before.  Nor the pattern book.  If you didn't get a chance to see the 1947 pattern book and the interesting antique scissors check out the last two posts.

I broke my ripper apparatus:

I spent today at an Easter Brunch thrown by my previously nasty daughter.  She went all out for her friends!  LOL.  She baked scones, biscuits from scratch, fresh fruit, two kinds of eggs, three kinds of jellies and preserves from scratch, bacon cut by a butcher and sausage from the butcher as well.

Then I came home and made a window seat cushion for DiNozzo when he sits on the window seat in my sewing room and looks out.  He loves to look out.  The Swissys were too big so they just stood and looked out.  But he can get up there and sit!  So I made him a cushion.  It went from this:
