I left my rain coat, of all things, at the retreat house when I visited with Charlene yesterday. Of course, since I left the visit, it has rained nearly nonstop. So today, I had to go back and pick it up, in the rain.
I spent the morning getting my list honed down to half. I am sitting at the imaging center of woman's hospital getting my knee X-rays for my nice looking ortho doc. Yes, I shaved my legs for him even!!! He is young and cute.
While I am here I remembered that I still needed a mammogram, so I added that into the mix.
Did you get our mammogram this year??? You know you should!!!!
Now that I have my rain coat, the rain is slowing. Of course. For sure. And I realize I forgot the knitting I carefully set up last night to bring with me.
I think I am losing my mind. Oh, and did you get that mammogram yet?
I hope I will be lucky, they found a lump in the lady sitting next to me.
QUILTS AND DOGS We are back in the house since the Aug 2016 flood. Dogs are great and I am back to doing the quilting thing. Join us on our new journey in a "new" house.
Raining here too. Nice steady rain, unusual for the Midwest at this time of year--normally we are getting dry. We'll enjoy the rain and all the green. Yes, I'll remember my mammogram--thanks for the treminder.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is beautiful here in NE Ohio. The temperatures have dropped down to highs in the low 70's and in the low 60's at night. It is finally cool enough to have the windows open and I have been sleeping so much better! Even with the A/C on I can't get the house cold enough. Last night I slept 7 hours in a row! That hasn't happened in a long time. I feel good!
