Cucumber, sour cream and garlic

Hmmm.....I wonder what I could make with this?

Number 2 cucumber from the gArden.  So far the cucumbers cost me about $6 each.

Sort of like the blueberries.......

    Looks like a cucumber dip. I have egg plant, tomatoes, strawberries, bell peppers, and the beginning of sugar snap peas, but the cucumbers are not producing yet. The zucchini is looking good but too early for fruit. I envy you your 2 cucumbers!
