Criss Cross. NOW Q Codes!

Finally got it finished to the top stage.......Pretty cool.

There are problems though.  All my work in trying to keep those strips situated corretly.  But there is one corner of one block that didn't get sewn in correctly.  You can see it by looking at the white corners that should form a square.  Two don't.  Sigh.

At this point, I don't worry about it.  There will be no quilt police where it will end up!

If you can't tell, the border is a purple, and not really as dark as it is in this photo.  Can't tell you why that looks like that.

But it will go into the pile that is waiting for me to load them on the Avante!

  2. Now that you pointed it out I see it but would call those two crosses Q codes - those squares you scan with your phone that bring you to a website with information on , say this quilt . That's what they look like to me and you did a wonderful job of making them.

  3. I love the idea of calling those silly blocks Q codes! I'd seriously consider naming the quilt Qcode. Haha, that's all I need!
Your quilt top is very pretty. Because of the center square, this pattern would work well with fabrics that you don't want to cut into small pieces.
