A few weeks ago, Carrie and I got together and made 45 freezer Crock Pot meals. I tossed in the Butternut Squash Soup today since I was going to be so busy all day today and tomorrow.
Amazing.........we will do a collaborative post and tell you what and how we spent the day on our feet assembling.
The difference between this soup and the last recipe of Butternut Squash I did is coconut Milk. And oh man, what a difference!
I wish you could taste this!
I never had butternut squash until a few years ago when I was volunteering at the art museum. The squash was part of the meal for the volunteers and it was delicious! I would love to know how you make your soup. I would have never thought to use coconut milk.
