They removed that today and began tearing up her driveway. Seems like fema is replacing her driveway because they put a trailer there.

Then while they were tearing up the driveway our tub and shower backed up with mud. And the toilets won’t drain.
FEMA says that we need to get our own plumber and prove it is their fault.

The never ending story of FEMA incompetence. They have ignored your needs and catered to the lady next door. It is disgusting. Don't give up on proving their actions caused the backup. A friend ended up with $20k worth of damage because the utilities company didn't cause the problem. The plumber took pictures and proved that when they flushed the lines they pushed a dirt plug into her line and then failed to close a valve which pushed 6 inches of waste water into her house ruining carpeting, wallboard and some furniture. She fought it for 3 years which cost a small fortune which her attorney said she would never get back, but she got the 20 K and 36K more for her living expenses while repairs were made and some other stuff. They kept saying she was wrong and couldn't prove it. The judge that arbitrated said he could see it and also forced them to pay for an expert to decide if it was their fault. It was.

My neighbor is older, and not fiscally responsible, but they let her build her stupid house in the waterway, then fixed it, then fixed it again, and then Fema moved it up the hill and fixed it again. She was horribly mad that the railroad wouldn't let her put her driveway across the tracks.All fixing, moving courtesy of our tax dollars.
