Glued to the TV - And 4 lbs lighter

Ann and I had this discussion earlier.  We are both glued to our respective TVs.  I have had a headache for most of the day, but dinner promises to be a treat with Tiger along.  We don't get to see him much, so this will be a pleasure.

So nothing got done, but Frank did come home and we ate lunch together before he fell into a deep sleep on the sofa surrounded by bad dogs.

DiNozzo is surviving, seems not to be bleeding from his trachea or esophagus.  And the jerky came out better than I thought.  It will be the component of the "protein" portion of Day 3 and 4 on the diet.

Do you want to hear about the diet?

Fast Metabolism, by Hollie Pomroy.  by eating certain foods you change the way the various systems work.  Started on Monday as Day 1, you do two days of liver and pancreas and bowel cleansing food, then you do two days of muscle building food (hence the big protien) and then three days of body repair and fat burning.  After a 4 week cycle Dr. Oz says you will have reset your metabolism and you will be burning fat rather than storing fat.  She then tells you things like what to eat before you eat a dessert to make it not turn to fat, and what to eat at breakfast so your lunch builds muscle.

Like I said before, it is a good thing for me because I am allergy reactive to wheat and dairy and this has none of that for the month.  On the third day, I got up in the morning and blew my nose and a whole lot of stuff cam out and never reappeared!  I am actually breathing out of both sides of my nose for like the third time in my life!  LOL.  After we were married I realized at some point that Frank breathed out of both sides of his nose.  I had always thought that was why you had two sides!  So you could breath when one was stopped up.

And I have never lost weight in the first two weeks of a diet before.  So far, since Monday I am down 4 lbs.

Go Dr. Oz!!!!
